Membership

Full Membership may be held by any individual or practitioner of 18 years or older who is a Barbadian citizen or resident who works, participates and/or is engaged in the Barbadian film, television and/or audio-visual industry or field. Any General Member of BFVA in good standing may, among other things, run for and/or be elected to serve on the Board and official posts, and shall be entitled to vote.

Associate Membership may be held by an individual or entity that is desirous of promoting the objectives of BFVA and/or who or which provides necessary and valuable services to the film, television and/or audio-visual industry (including without limitation, financial, legal, business, promotional or other like services). Associate members do not have voting status and may not be eligible for all BFVA initiatives and benefits.

Student Membership may be held by any individual with an interest in film and television who is enrolled as a full-time or part-time student at a Barbadian educational institution or enrolled in an academic programme related to film and television.
